Customer demanded a password

I work in one if those hellish in and out call center. Goal is to transfer people to licensed insurance agencies. One customer stopped me and said “My humana agent told me that I can’t tell anyone my password.” It just seemed so silly to me. But I was definitepy intrigued. Unfortunately I had no password so I hung up.

We literally make these agents money by transferring clients directly to them.

It’s the weird experiences like that that make the job fun and worth keeping.
