This lady’s latest statement wasn’t showing online for some reason. There was a task put In to see why that was being researched. I told her that, and she said I need to know when I will know and I need to know why it’s not on there…. I’m like I could not tell you it is being researched, and she asked to speak to my manager because I couldn’t quote her an exact time!
