Calls for Troubleshooting then says: “Oh I can’t do that right now. The device is not with me.”

I hate Customers who call for their technical problem without the device being present or them not available. like:
Cm: hi I have a problem with my “smart device”
Me: hi I’m sorry to hear that. What seems to be the problem?
Cm: it doesnt turn on
Me: have you tried taking out the batteries and putting them back in? Best would be to seitch them out even.
Cm: no i cant I’m driving right now.
Me: oh then i would ask you to call again when you’re ready to troubleshoot.
Cm: that wont work for me, I’m almost at my destination please Wait with me for 15 minutes.
Me: sir…..

Dude if it’s that important then pull the fuck over. Fucks sake.
