Today I took a 30 Minute SUP Call because a customer needed to take apart their product with a screw driver and send it back to us free of charge for a brand new replacement. He felt this was putting too much responsibility on him and wanted reimbursement for the screwdriver and his time.

This isn’t the dumbest or most escalated call I’ve ever had, but it reminds me that just because someone is from Texas does not mean they are tough (mentally or physically).
