I am asking as a customer who made a couple of calls and talked to a couple of customer service representatives.
I was talking to one representative and answering questions, when they asked me a question and I believe I absentmindedly said “Yeah, sure” and they said “Thank you one moment” and transferred me over to another department. But before they could transfer me, or right as they did, I said “Wait wait” because I was going to ask them to repeat what they just said.
Their boss won’t review the call and consider them unprofessional for that, right? It wasn’t their fault…
