Does anybody else feel complete emotional apathy as a result of working in a call centre? When somebody tells me a problem both inside and outside of work it’s almost as if I’m completely numb to feel any remorse or sympathy. Is this a normal feeling? I think being in a job where your constantly screamed at all day does eventually make you feel that way – although I feel bad for admitting it…
