I work in a center where I handle escalations from customers. My favourite calls are the ones I get multiple times a week. Customer has missed enough payments that we send them a notice that we are cancelling their account. They usually give excuses and blame us for the missed payments, but they all say the same thing, “Fine, well I am just going to take my business somewhere else.”

Ummm, yeah, that is kind of the point.
