I dont get this people that have this insurance they always call to see if a surgery or a visit to the doctor is fully covered well for the must part they are cover but not always specially surgeries or medical equipment’s is like if this people want everything for free just because they have insurance doesnt mean they dont need to pay a copayment

and also older people behave like childs arent they supose to be old enough to be my parents and they disrespect customer services so much how do you want us to happily help you with that rude tone and if you speak weird and get mad when we ask you to repeat it and if you have problems hearing tell someone else to speak for you

sorry this was like a rant but with nice customers we do our best to give them the best help
