I have a question as a customer who left a review

So I had to make 2-3 calls(all for different reasons) to the same company, my health insurance company. I made one today and two yesterday. When I received the survey for the first call in my email asking how they did, I answered that everything was excellent, and selected the highest scores possible, etc.

However they also asked me what the reason for my call was. I think I selected “verifying eligibility status”, but that was actually what my second call was about. My first call was about getting another copy of my insurance card.

Is this a big deal? Again I selected “Excellent”/highest number possible for all their questions.
