So my job involves buying appliances all day for customers of a Warranty company. Today an 80 year old man called in because a brand new washer delivered to him was broken. The manufacturer wouldn’t give him a new one, nor could they get a technician to fix the one they sold him.
He was very polite, unlike the majority of callers.
I had to take my break early because of this.
Most of my calls involve some Karen complaining about how we can’t offer a microwave the same color as their couch. Or complain somethings ng wildly beyond my control.
