Note to QA


I work in QA for a credit card company. Our agents are required to confirm if the contact information on an account is still up to date.

Today I pulled up a call to score it, look at the note on the account, and see this:

“I forgot to confirm contact information so we know which call QA is going to pick.”

We all had a good laugh about that. And then I proceeded to score it, as I had chosen it randomly and already pulled it up.
