I work for a Medicare-affiliated health insurance company for folks with disabilities and significant health conditions.
My 2nd caller of the day was pissed that some paperwork had incorrect information, and felt the appropriate response was the nuclear one, evidently.
“Those people at [Company] ought to be fucking shot!”
I’m so thankful that his coordinator took the call. I definitely would have had cause to send it to my supervisor, though, since the caller threatened violence against others.
Today is such a Wednesday.
