When you can’t understand people on the phone

Pet peeve is when callers don’t talk much and expect me to carry the energy in the conversation for both parties (ie they’re too lazy to contribute sufficient info). Also when they have an accent that makes it difficult to understand what the heck they’re saying and they’re too lazy to try to help you understand. It’s maddening
