My job is pretty easy. I am not the problem solver I just report whatever issue they are having and hope to God it gets solved and they don’t call back. Sometimes at the end of the work day I just feel so exhausted. I don’t know if it’s because I’m dumb and therefore I have to use more brainpower to answer their questions or if I’m just terrible at my job. I’m so tired
