I’ve worked at another bank call center for 3 years already in checking/savings. I’m tired of being screened about overdraft fees so I’m ready for a change. Does anyone have any advice on what to expect in credit card department? If anyone works/had worked for Truist bank, what is the company like? Any and all post will be red and appreciated. Thank you.
