Had a customer tonight who asked me to look them up in the system. They gave me the info I needed and I looked them up. They were definitely not in the system, so I told them they would have to sign up again. They did not want to accept this and start asking “But what if you look me up by my email? Or my birthday? Or my old address? Or my blood type? Or my horoscope sign?” Joking about the last two, although they probably would have suggested them eventually.
Sorry customer, you’re still not in the system, like I told you five times before.
