Called unfortunate names

[ad_1]

I’m on mobile. Yadda yadda. You know the drill. Don’t share my story.

I work for a fairly large financial institution and I work on determining if certain transactions are fraudulent or not, using a certain cash sharing application that can be used through our mobile app.

We have the ability to restrict access if we feel and have the evidence that they may not be best suited to use said service.

We recently had a large amount of new customers enroll and start using the service and the calls have been off the hook busy this week. When advising the customer that he will no longer have access to the service, I was called a wh*** and a c*** because little Richard was upset.

When did calling these names to people who work at a bank become acceptable? To me, I would never have the nerve to call someone that when all calls are recorded.
