I am not your insurance company or your doctor, we just mail you your bills and call it a day. I cannot lower your deductible and the doctor cannot lower your deductible. Yes it sucks. No, we are not trying to kill you, I promise! No we cannot give you a discount, that’s not even legal (I don’t think it is at least) please let your bill and stop yelling at me. Please call your insurance if you have any more questions about your policy.
