Pros of Advancing in a Call Center

As one who recently got promoted from my call center role to more of backend operations, I thought I would share some pros.

– You are bringing new and valuable insight into other departments to help overall better engage with your customers.

-Having flexibility. No more having scheduled breaks. I can take them whenever I please.

-No more constantly being on the phone. I haven’t heard the phone ring in a month and I couldn’t be happier.
