“I don’t remember that password!”

[ad_1]

I work at a debt collection agency. When we set up payment plans we have you create a password so you can log in on our website, check the progress of your accounts and approve the future transactions. WE TELL YOU TO REMEMBER THIS PASSWORD. It SHOULD be common sense! But nope- people are stupid. If you decide to change anything and suddenly you “Don’t remember that password” the amount of shits I gave just went down the toilet. THAT IS NOT MY FAULT AND NO AMOUNT OF COMPLAINING OR ATTITUDE IS GOING TO FIX THAT YOU’RE THE IDIOT WHO DIDN’T LISTEN. *End of rant
