I’m doing it. I decided it was the last straw when my managers kept forgetting or lost my application for other positions in the company. Im burned out from taking calls after ten years. So I tried to apply for a program that allows you to interact with new hires to train them and answer questions. It leads to other opportunities like becoming a manager, a supervisor, quality ect. But I’ve been through three managers that didn’t care to turn my application in. I can’t put up with this anymore. Good luck to all of you
