What was your longest and shortest time within a call centre, and why did you stay/leave?

I’ve worked (and still working in second) in 2 call centres. The longest was nearly 4.5 years, I stayed because they allowed me to study and were pretty flexible and there wasn’t a lot of other employment opportunities in the area. I left in the end because I moved into the city and didn’t want to commute 1-1.5 hours or work from home, and the fact we were paid very little for the amount of work we did.
