If you have really been on hold for a hour!

Then why don’t you have your damn order # in front of you? Is it too hard to actually get a pen and paper and jot it down and put it front of you or have your email pulled up on your phone with that # on it?

Usually the first thing out of their mouth is a complaint about the hold time, but are they prepared with the information I need? Oh hell no!
