Does your company share your QA reports with you on every call they check?

I’ve been doing this job for about 7 months so I’m not sure what the standard is or what normal is.

I’ve only had a very few reports shared with me and only had a supervisor actually listen with me to one call. And out of the few that have been shared with me, I know of two that I’m positive the QA dept made a mistake on and another one I think they made a mistake on but can’t prove. So of course I’m doubting the accuracy of their reports so I ask myself how do we know the QA dept is doing their job accurately?

Does your company give you access to their reports and if you believe they are inaccurate do you have the opportunity to dispute them?

(My understanding is that my company randomly pulls 4 per week and my supervisor pulls 2).

Lies and immaturity.

Would it be wrong to hold a grudge against this manager?
