Hi guys I was doing a recap about my first interview to get the job and was really awkward back then when my English was not very good but I want to know about your experiences guys?
I remember my parents wanted me to work in a call center because they thought that the only skill you need for the job is to speak English and is a big lie!
You need to learn the booking process for hotels and flights the policy and you need to be able to listen every detail even if the call has a bad connection
IS NOT THAT EASY LIKE PEOPLE THINK!
And those questions they ask in the interviews ..bruh..no
