Please don’t call the customer’s “Sweetie”

So I don’t know what caused this email to go out. I would love to be a fly on the wall of the QA department when they listened to that call, and the conversation they had before telling my supervisor to blast out this whole email to the team. Verbatim:

“Hello Team,

Effective Immediately:
Please refrain from saying endearing terms on your calls, we need to stay professional with our clients.

Thank you,
[Supervisor Signature]”

Make of that what you will, lol.
