I will NEVER shop with this company and I will certainly NOT use their credit card

After servicing the credit card for this retail company in question and all the things I see go wrong for these irate customers that call in stating they will never shop with the company again, I don’t blame them! I get one too many calls on a daily basis about the same few issues arising for customers and it’s a deep-rooted issue that has not yet and may not ever be fixed. Additionally, the policies and procedures used to service the credit cards are set up almost as if to beg consumers to give us, the short end of the stick, the customer service agents, terrible customer surveys that we get scolded for and need to work on, when in actuality it’s a problem with the policies set by the company we work for.
