80 minutes waiting just to tell me one thing

I once had a customer who waited 80 minutes on the phone to talk to a consultant. When I finallly answered his call I go
” -Hello. What can I help you with?
– With nothing. I only stayed on the phone to tell you that I am sick of [Company’s name] services”

And then he closed the phone.
