About 98% of the time I have customers who call/chat tech support and they aren’t even with the equipment. How in the ever loving hell do you think we can help fix your equipment with you when you aren’t even with it?!

We can give you trouble shooting instructions but we all know you won’t pay attention to those, then you’ll call back and sit in the queue again for another 30 minutes and get all pissed off once more because you fucked up by not being with the equipment that you needed help fixing in the first place!

I don’t get it. It’s common sense to be with the equipment you need help with, right?
