Today I got a ridiculous bad review. Customer had a question about their invoice. However the email address used had no customer info. Alot of people change their mail adres so I send a standard, please verify by your phone number and date of birth message.
Customer finds it completely ridiculous and got me a bad review for not answering the question.
No Karen I can not explain your invoice if I don’t fucking know who you are….
Luckily my managers are great and actually read the reviews instead of just looking at the numbers. I’m sure they’ll have a laugh at this one.
