I used to work for Apple. I think my favorite face palm better goes like this:
Customer: I need to find a way for my phone not to wake me up in the middle of the night. People call and text me.
Me: OK. No problem. The two easiest ways is to turn on do not disturb if you need your alarm.
Customer: I have an alarm clock.
Me: OK. You could also turn your phone off at night.
Customer: Will turning it off ruin my phone in any way?
Uhhhh no????
