So I’m a new agent (two weeks now) and already I have stories about 911 calls, assaults, fraud…but this is just about one quick occurrence

I got my first “fuck you!”

I don’t really know why she said it. She wanted to be transferred to the customer service desk and I said “before I transfer may I please know the issue you’re having?” because we need to tell the department before the transfer why we are transferring and out of nowhere she yells fuck you

very odd

anyway this job sucks….shocking ain’t it
