Seizures while working at call center?

Hello I sometimes have moment where I literally have no idea what I was doing or saying I also had a severe grand mal seizure in January after 2 months of working for this cell phone company. I really need the money obviously… but im unsure what to do in egads to the seizures this is making me look like im just not caring about the cx I told a team lead about this but I still receive penalties on my pay due to this (40 seconds of silence no commission) so I am unsure what to do I have been having a lot of trouble finding a new job so im not sure what to do.
