The customer who blames you or the company for their error/mistake. Then the wasted minutes in which they continue to spin it as being the companies/your fault. After I apologized three times for a problem that THEY caused I start to lose my empathy, and I’m thinking if you would just shut up and stop blame shifting we could actually get to the root of the issue and attempt to fix it but no Karen, you must yell and protest some more, never admitting that you are the problem.
