So, background story. I work at a telemarketing company that sells and provide mobile services. There is this guy that, if you asked anyone at the office they would know about him. He have been calling since maybe a year back almost every day of the week. The calls is alsways always the same:
Me: hi and welcome to “company” this is Me speaking, how may I help you?
C: hi, hem. I forgot what I need help with, can you wait a second?
Me: of course, let me know when you’re ready.
Me: sir, do you know what you needed help with?
C: no, just give me a minute.
By this we usually ask him to call back once he figure out what he need help with since we need to help other costumers or he just ends the call.
This can be repeated several times a day several days a week
Sometimes he just call in and end the call right after someone answers. Or just breath to the microphone and stays quite ..
It’s super weird and we’ve never been able to actually help him with anything. At all
