Does anyone else HATE talking on the phone or get anxiety from it but deal with it for money?

Even before I started working in call centers, I hated talking on the phone. I hate the awkward silences and never knowing what to say ect. I put up with it though because….well I like money and prefer call centers over retail/factory jobs. But my friend doesn’t seem to understand that and feels that because I literally make calls every day that it automatically means I don’t mind talking on the phone and would want me to make calls for her because she has anxiety and doesn’t like dealing with her own calls. (She’s gotten A LOT better about making her own calls but still feels this way)
