I work for a American based bank/CC & I am highly disturbed at the amount of people who will casually speak to me while in the toilet. I was speaking to one women who was talking breathy & weird and then I heard a flush, realizing she was actually taking a shit while on the phone. I know wait times can be long & you have to do what you have to do but I’d rather you put me on hold until your finished with your business. Disgusting.
