I had the strangest call yesterday a customer started by telling me Apache Junction Arizona was overtaken by a zombie hordes. I tried to redirect him to the purpose of a call and asked for his date of birth to verify. He said I was not born I was created I’m a zombie!
We also have a very creepy guy that calls in every single day who insists on role-playing a story he tells about his daddy which has gotten to the point where the company is big enough so I only talk him every 3 months or so but I no longer humor him it gets way too weird and uncomfortable.
