Rich people are the worst

I worked in a tv/internet/phone company call center from 2005-2008 and the people with money were the most difficult by far. I had one guy turn on his tv and it didn’t work. He determine that we owed him for like 18 months credit because his line had to have been cut when he remodeled. Okay sir, 18 months credit even though you never bothered to tell us it was broken the entire time. Sure thing! I had another guy tell me he wanted it noted on his account that he wants a rep that speaks English and has a brain. I actually said to him “ Say what you want about my brain, sir but this is English.” Turns out rich people also don’t like sass talk.
