Long enough ago I was supporting consumer software in a call center that handled several companies, many of which no longer are even memories. One night a nice lady calls with some ultimately solvable problem, all the while trying to talk to me with her toddler toddling in the background.
Then she says “you better get off that cd-rom drive or your daddy’s going to spank me!”
I tried so hard not to laugh, really, I did. The called ended on a good note.
