Monday morning, very busy as usual.
At least a 25 minutes waiting time, and we are just a few one on the floor.
That was the call I had :
“Hi thanks for calling [bank] how may I assist you ? – Yeah thanks, well usually I call Walmart or the electricity company but today is your turn, can I please have the hour ? – Well sure it’s 10.30, I answered, thinking she wanted to know if branch or other department were open – Thanks ! Hangs out
I took a short break to realise someone woke up deciding to wait 25 minutes to know what’s the time. Human is a wonderful creature for sure
