Fix it Or I am Canceling

I currently work in a call center and I work on the Advanced Resolution Team. I handle chronic callers and do simple troubleshooting for a satellite company. So it’s a slow night and I get a call to come in now of course I am trying to verify the account. So the customer is mad because where he lives a bad storm came through and his services was out until the storm passed. So I informed him that due to cloud coverage it effects the transmission from space to your dish. Well that was not the answer he wanted. So this guy told me that since we cannot fix Mother Nature he is going back to cable TV and that I need to drop my services because it is unsafe.
