Is that Eastern or Pacific time?

So the other day, we were having technical issues and I advised a client that the issue should be resolved within 2 hours. Client asks if that’s 2 hours Eastern or Pacific time. I kept saying just try in 2 hours. Apparently she must of thought that it would be more time because of a time difference. Then was upset that she wouldn’t get any compensation for the outage and asked to speak to a different person. With me being a manager, I’m the highest person she can talk to. So I had to file a report to have a different team reach out to her. Hopefully to tell her that she’s dumb.
