Hi, im here because im gonna vent some shit i ve been tru since 2015. I have a shitty broke ass family who never supported me and gave a shit about me since i finished highschool, and therefore i have been working in the call center industry since then, as a hopper (person who hates call centers and get there just for training payment or at most 3 months payment and fuck off, after i find another call center to do the same) call me coward, I hate this shit i hate this job. Im latino who lives in hispanic country, EVERY DAY I GOT CALLS OF AMERICANS COMPLAINING ABOUT ACCENTS ENGLISH AND SO… i was wondering WHY YOU AMERICANS DONT COMPLAIN DIRECTLY WITH COMPANIES IN ORDER TO NOT HIRE BROWNS BUT WHITE VERY NICE AMERICAN PEOPLE AS YOU SAID. Its not out fault that companies like ATT UPS LEXMARK LYFT UBER AND SO, are so broke ass that don’t even have the resources to hire north americans. To he honest with you north american very nice people. We latinos who live in our countries we dont give any single fuck about your bill, your problem, your package. So fuck off! For me and my fellows is the same shit just to transfer you again and again and again, we dont give a single. So, if you want customer service of quality provided by a native white american, COMPLAIN WITH YOUR CARRIER, MESSENGER, OR WHEREVER THE ENTRERPRISE IS. We dont enjoy taking calls and being called mojados and so, we dont even live in usa and we’re not willing to, we dont even asked to work for “x” or “y” campaing, the big corporates are the ones who take the final call and set us in the campign they want. People, if you dont want to talk with hispanics; complain with companies to hire withe people. Not us.
