Had a customer a little bit ago that was complaining about every little thing, from our hold times (of which we don’t have today) to how she’s not getting a Covid vaccine when they come out because “Bill Gates is putting microchips in them so he can track us” direct quote. I’m in the cell phone business so I don’t really care. Towards the end of the call she said something that really irked me.
Karen: “You know none of my family invited me on vacation this year and it’s not cause of Covid, so I’m upset and calling all the companies I do business with and taking it out on them.”
What in the Hell is wrong with you woman, maybe your piss poor attitude is why they didn’t invite you.
