I’ve been working at a call center so long now that when my wife has to call somewhere I just cringe listening to her. Lol
Like the rep answers the phone and she’s one of those that immediately starts rattling off what’s she needs. I literally have to bite my tongue.
“Tell them your name for God’s sake!!”
I pace myself give them my name ask them what they need from me to get started. Lol. She’s told me not to talk to her while she’s on the phone 😅😅
