Customer: I haven’t gotten my order!
Me: I’ll be happy to look into that for you *sees there was a major issue with their order and that we had tried to reach them to discuss it several times over the course of a month and they never returned our calls or replied to the emails we sent. Because of this the order was cancelled.
Customer: Why the beeping bleep bleepen was my order cancelled! I never got any notification!
Me: gives dates and times of emails sent and voicemail messages left
Customer: silent for a few moments I thought they were scams!!!!
