I’m not sure who else feels this way. I’ve worked so many different jobs in my life: retail, hospitality, landscaping, office admin, and even bookkeeping.
I started to work customer service in a call center earlier this year for the first time. It’s been hard getting used to this kind of work but I’ve also really enjoyed it, especially as the company shifted to work from home during the pandemic.
Even with the asshole calls and the harder crying calls of “I’m not mad just disappointed” I have honestly found this to be one of my favorite jobs I’ve worked in the past 15 years.
Who else didn’t expect to like this work but now enjoys it?
