Examples of annoying calls

Is it just me or are the calls we have been getting as call centers employees more annoying and trivial then normal? Just a couple examples of the calls I just received today on a lovely Monday morning.

The lady who called in for the first time since her past due balance from 2015 that has since been sent to collections. She called in to inquire if we were offering any assistance due to covid 19. When I referred to the collections agency she seemed shocked.

The gentleman who had a six month term. He chose not to renew the policy it expired no biggy. He then called in to “rub in”, he went elsewhere for half the price, and was complaining about our prices for about 20 minutes.
