This isn’t a specific story but rather a repeat occurrence that keeps cropping up and doing my head in.
Often we get forwarded an email where someone from accounts, sales, client services (whatever you want to call them) have been having a full on epic discussion with a new customer, tons of requirements, loads of back and forth you know what I mean. Like 100 emails in the chain. And you just get it sent with the simple cover “can you work on the below please”
Sure thing let me just spend half a fuckin day decoding everything. Could you maybe just summarise your discussion in bullet points and save us both a shitload of time?
